Separate the arrival of a new file and its disappearance

If we monitor a folder we can have the option to trigger a build if there are "fewer or more" files in the folder.

I would like to be able to trigger a job if there are more files in the folder but not if there are fewer.

It would therefore be necessary to split the condition to make two distinct.
Consider migrating from the old version of the plugin to the new one so as not to cause behavior changes.
