[JENKINS-28473] Request: option to insert elements to position 0 instead of appending them

When using option "allow add edited value" with default "top most value" it would be nice to have a configuration to insert the edited value as first element, instead of adding it at the bottom of the list.

Might be helpful to have the "newest value" as default
