**问题描述**
版本升级后原有的 casc 配置 unclassified.dingTalkGlobalConfig 失效, 页面上重新配过机器人后查看 casc 配置里面也不再显示 dingTalk 的相关配置了, 目前怀疑是 `升级为单独的页面管理全局配置` 后导致的失效, 回退到 2.4.7 版本后恢复
