After https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/6485, `p:config-disableBuild` is no longer intended to be part of `configure-entries.jelly`.

### Expected Results

No checkbox in the list of options

As is, projects can be disabled via the config form, but not enabled. Users need to use the dedicated "Enable Project" button elsewhere to enable the project again.
