[JENKINS-51912] Unable to add user scope credentials in jenkins 2.74 version

Unable to see the credentials option on the profile page.

In jenkins user-> configure-> credentials page is missing. Unable to add the user specific credentials.

In the image atatched, the left side panel had credentials option which is seen missing now.

Please suggest.
