Description

When a plugin introduces a new credential type (e.g. "Azure Credentials") it would be helpful if the views for those plugins to "Add" a credential could pre-select the "Kind" of credential.

Instead of "Kind" defaulting to "Username with Password" in the "Add Credentials" dialogue, it would be much easier for the "Kind" to open to whatever Kind of credential the plugin is asking the user to enter.
