Similarly to the feature provided by this plugin https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Global+Variable+String+Parameter+Plugin , it would be nice to allow configuration of some properties in the folder, and have jobs inside this folder consuming the properties defined in their parent folder.
