[JENKINS-73870] "Description" column in List View is empty for most Item types

1. Add items:
   
   
   
   1. Multibranch Pipeline, Folder, Organization Folder, FreeStyle Project 
   
   
   2. Set Description for each one
   
   
   
   


2. Create view with Description field


3. Observe, that Description is seen only for FreeStyleProject

Screenshot below shows also 13-year old Description Column Plugin, which also supports tooltip on hover, which works. So it is possible to get description.
