[JENKINS-41747] Display statuses on the organization dashboard page

It's useful to be able to see at a glance failing jobs. It would be even nicer if the dashboard could be filtered for example to display only failed jobs.

Right now the only info displayed is the weather but that's not enough to know if a job has failed or not.
