Description
I can only see the "Use Jenkins Internal Database" option if I first tick "Specify custom Active Directory domain name" (and then "Advanced"). Is this a bug? The plugin is picking up the AD just fine so I don't want to specify a custom name, but I do want the fallback user option. Thanks!

Research direction
Start by inspecting the active-directory-plugin configuration UI and the handling of the "Use Jenkins Internal Database" option. Reproduce the settings flow described in the issue, including automatic AD detection and the custom-domain and Advanced controls. Done means the fallback option is available without requiring a custom domain name, with coverage for the affected configuration path.
