Description

In Security realm, we have enabled Active Directory authentication and three domains are configured as comma seperated values. It was working until version active-directory-plugin 1.33 and after upgrading to 1.42, it stopped working. It authenticates users from the first domain, but fails for other domains.

Research direction

Start by reproducing authentication with three comma-separated Active Directory domains on Jenkins 1.642.1, comparing active-directory-plugin 1.33 with 1.42. Trace the authentication path to determine why only the first domain succeeds; done means users from all configured domains authenticate successfully.
