Automerge workflow does not match some DB PRs

https://github.com/jenkins-infra/github-reusable-workflows/pull/48 did not seem to work in https://github.com/jenkinsci/structs-plugin/pull/253 on for example https://github.com/jenkinsci/structs-plugin/pull/248 https://github.com/jenkinsci/structs-plugin/actions/runs/19280051655/job/55129257154 I think because the branch was named `dependabot/maven/master/io.jenkins.tools.incrementals-git-changelist-maven-extension-1.13` rather than the expected `dependabot/maven/io.jenkins.tools.incrementals-git-changelist-maven-extension-1.13`. Should relax a bit.
