`.BIN.usage.kdl`

because the "double-shebang" thing is a bit annoying in editors, I was thinking an alternative would be for usage to look for a kdl file in the same directory as a bin. e.g.: for mise: `.mise.usage.kdl` in the same directory as the `mise` bin.

This logic could probably live alongside the double-shebang method as an alternative.
