tenacity-rs: tenacity with a Rust core (feedback needed)

Hi all! @jd - thank you for your work on `tenacity`. I reeeally appreciate what you’ve built. I’ve recently rewritten tenacity in Rust and it’s now significantly faster.

I was wondering if you might be open to taking a look and sharing some feedback. I’d also be happy to explore possible contributions or even experiment together with bringing Rust into tenacity.
