Description
As A User I want to be able to add labels to tests so that I can see how many brittle and slow tests I have.
- [ ] Can I add a label to a test (e.g. 'brittle', 'slow')?
- [ ] Can I remove the label from a test?
- [ ] Can I create custom labels on the fly?
- [ ] Can I see a summary on the Project home page of each label (label and count of tests)
