The puzzle `913-9c17e827` in [`src/main/java/com/jcabi/github/mock/MkNotifications.java`](https://github.com/jcabi/jcabi-github/blob/master/src/main/java/com/jcabi/github/mock/MkNotifications.java) (lines 48-49) has to be resolved: Implement markAsRead() and thread() operations in MkNotifications. Don't forget about unit tests.
