Send email over IPFS CADAG (Content Addressed Directed Acyclic Dag)
- reply/fwd link to previous message.
- to/from _can_ link to identities on IPFS.
- quote's link to prev message (CommChain)
- crypto ops (enc/dec/sign) out of the box with IPFS
