rename to lighttouch?

if so,
torchbear loads a prelude, and lighttouch is a prelude
the prelude follows a spec.

so this contents would move to ligthtouch/libs instead of -libs
and docs

content/ has my keys
logs/ have last built lighttouch?

the ability to send/receive/store keys will be built-into lighttouch using packages
