- 轮换和断连重试机制：Done
- 保活机制：SSE + POST 的下行和上行链路的 PING 和 PONG，而且 PONG 的回应有退避重试机制
- 自动注册重启：DONE

系统层面：

- 自重启配置名单（设置里或者 “i管家”里配置）
