Description

Hi there,
As in if it's showing don't show it again e.t.c
In the meantime , we are just checking for dirty nulls

It will be great , if you add this feature perhaps,

Or is there something we are missing?

Thanks

Research direction

Review the BottomDialog public API and its show/dismiss behavior first. Done means callers can reliably determine whether it is already showing and avoid showing it again; the issue does not name files or tests.
