Кейс в тесте следующий:
Правильным ответом тут должен быть вариант: Когда у элемента нет border и полосы прокрутки. Только в этом случае действительно гарантированно совпадают offsetHeight и clientHeight. Думаю стоит сделать здесь тест с выбором одного варианта ответа и добавить предложенный.
