sh: yarn: command not found when running in development mode

Description
my cron is something like this:
every 2.minutes do
rake "do:something"
end
when my cron run and i see log sh: yarn: command not found, To disable this check, please change check_yarn_integrity
to false in your webpacker config file (config/webpacker.yml).,
when i disable that, it was working, but that is not recommended to do so
how to solve this??
