OnlyKeys left click doesn't use weapons properly

Expected behavior: attacking with OnlyKeys "Left Mouse" key will attack as though the left mouse button were actually pressed.

Actual behavior: attacking with a weapon in hand using the OnlyKeys "Left Mouse" key attacks as though it were an empty hand. Axes, swords, etc. only deal 1 damage.

If this can be solved easily it would be awesome! My laptop doesn't work for minecraft without this mod, but this is making it hard to play properly. Thank you for taking a look :)

Reproduce the issue in Minecraft with OnlyKeys "Left Mouse" while holding an axe or sword, comparing it with an actual left-click. Then trace the mod's handling of the "Left Mouse" key and verify that weapon attacks use the held item and deal the expected damage.
