What steps will reproduce the problem?
sorry for my English but I,m italian and don't speak very well

1. the sign € don't work and is replaced of this sign ¬
2. all valus into cell is reapeated 3 time. i.g. (123 wil be 123 123 123 )

No source file, test, or entry point is named. First reproduce both reported symptoms: the euro sign becoming ¬ and each cell value appearing three times, then trace the reader's handling of character encoding and cell values. Done means both cases are fixed and covered by regression tests.
