i want insert the value from excel sheet to mysql database using PHP language

My aim is design a online quiz by using PHP language. For that project i design
a question list in excel. now i want to import in my sql database.
for that i need idea / code how i import

problem :

1.I DESIGN A TABLE IN EXCEL. THERE IS 8 Columns in my excel database.
2.i want store these data in my sql database table by using PHP language

kindly provide some solution.. please its very urgent.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
