Unwanted carriage return upon first keyboard input. The first time you press a key, the menu scrolls one line down leaving an old line above.

No file or test is named. Reproduce the issue in the Node.js console menu by pressing a key as the first input, then trace the menu's initial rendering and scrolling behavior. Done means the first keypress no longer leaves an unwanted line above while normal menu scrolling still works.
