Fails in chrome

Doesn't work any more in chrome. I tried to see if there was an "easy" fix, which ofc wasn't there. I think the code fails to hook/initialize, but logs events at least in the debug console. Please take another look at it.

Start by reproducing the failure in Chrome and inspect the extension's initialization and debug-console event logs, as described in the issue. Trace where hooking or initialization stops, then verify that Skipify loads and works correctly in Chrome without losing its event handling.
