Description
In pell version 1.0.6, if you click the blockquote button, you can't get out of it. I tried clicking the blockquote button again to "escape" it, and also tried to hit the paragraph button, and didn't work.
I am using the version available in the demo site.
Is there a fix to this?

Research direction
Reproduce the blockquote behavior in the demo site using pell version 1.0.6, then trace the blockquote and paragraph toolbar actions in the editor. Done means a user can leave a blockquote through an appropriate toolbar action or equivalent editing behavior.
