Wrapping input with label causes action button to be triggered

If the pell input is wrapped in a `` tag, then it seems that clicking anywhere on the label OR input toggles the first button in the action bar (which happens to be bold in my case).

Removing the pell editor from the label fix the issue

Start by reproducing the issue with the pell input wrapped in a and clicking both the label and input. Inspect the action bar behavior; done means those clicks no longer toggle the first action button, such as Bold.
