Question: Changelog

Thoughts on adding a CHANGELOG.md to help keep track of releases easier? Or at the very least an npm version pill in the README.md? I've been waiting for the bugfix from react-cache and I keep going to package.json just to see what the active version is. It would be nice to be able to manage that in the proper file with a history of changes and features.

Review package.json and README.md to see how the active npm version is currently exposed. Decide whether the requested CHANGELOG.md, a README.md version pill, or both fits the project, and finish when releases and their changes can be tracked without checking package.json directly.
