Description
The plugin formats the code with 2-space indentation even when `.editorconfig` is set to 4 spaces.
To reproduce:
- Create an `.editorconfig` file set for 4-space indentation.
- Create a Reason file. (4 space indentation will work.)
- Save the file with format-on-save turned on.
Expected result: maintain the indentation levels of `.editorconfig`.
Actual result: the plugin overrides `.editorconfig` settings.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue with a 4-space .editorconfig, a Reason file, and format-on-save enabled. Start by tracing the plugin's formatting path and its handling of .editorconfig; done means formatting preserves the configured indentation instead of forcing two spaces.
