Description
Hi @jaredhanson
This is about https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-hanson-oauth-cookie-response-mode/ (which apparently is a more recent version of the document in this repo).
As you define a new response_mode value, you may want to add a reference to OAuth 2.0 Multiple Response Type Encoding Practices which defines the response_mode authorization request parameter.

Review the OAuth cookie response mode draft in this repository and compare its response_mode definition with the linked OAuth 2.0 Multiple Response Type Encoding Practices specification. Add the missing reference to the draft and confirm that the document includes the citation.
