Description
AMD supports plugins (requires containing a bang (!)) that changes the semantics of require. This is used by different libraries, but the one troubling me is dojo.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by locating the AMD-to-CommonJS transform entry point and tracing how require calls are handled, then reproduce an AMD plugin require containing ! as used by dojo. Done means plugin syntax has the intended require semantics without breaking ordinary AMD conversions.
