Increase in Columns

After running raw_to_Xy to take in multi indexed data, how do I amend the code in the getting started Python notebook such that it now takes into account the change in matrix size? Sorry, I am still trying to figure it out and is quite new to this

Start with the getting started Python notebook and the raw_to_Xy entry point. Reproduce the multi-indexed input described in the issue and inspect how the changed matrix dimensions flow through the notebook. Done means the notebook accounts for the increased column count without requiring the original matrix shape.
