Improving Fieldpapers

We are using printed fieldpapers for local mappers to add to the basemap created from satellite images. There are a number of improvements needed:
1-Ability to be able to export tiles to GPX,
2-Ability to remove updated FP sheets,
3- A sortable table of uploaded FP sheet links for use with #JOSM
4- Making the search feature work
5- Allowing users to edit an existing FP
6 - Allowing users to create a new FP in an adjacent area to an existing one.
7 - Making upload rate more reliable - currently approx 10% papers will not upload

The code for Field Papers is on github here: `[https://github.com/fieldpapers]'. It's a bit difficult to figure out where to start, however, because there are so many separate pieces, and because its been upgraded Field Papers several times, and there is still a lot of legacy code in those repositories.
