Feature Request: paste copied row in selected row, above/below current row

When pasting content into a row, it defaults to pasting below the current row. Perhaps there can be a setting to choose the default action, for example, paste in current row (expected default behaviour?), paste below current row, pasting above current row. Or have different keyboard shortcuts for each.
