Column width and Header options doesn't work

Thank you for creating Table Tool. It is very useful for collecting data in easy way. I am looking for some Help.

MacOS mojave 10.14.5 (iMac Late 2015 5k)

1. Column Width doesn't seems to work. It reverts back to default width when i re-open it.
but when i open

2. Enabling Header doesn't work until I save it as a csv. The .csv extension is not added by default makes it difficult to duplicate as it add .* and not .csv

3. It would be useful if we have some numbers in left. Also want to increase the column height.

4. Multiple clicks required to edit a column.

Start by reproducing the reported behavior in TableTool on macOS Mojave: change a column width, enable the header, save as CSV, and reopen the file. Investigate the settings and CSV save/reopen flow; done means column width and header state persist and the saved file receives the expected CSV extension.
