Description
I often want to count the number of rows in a CSV file, so that I can confirm with the person who produced the file that I've received the same number of rows that they exported from the database that originally holds the data.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the CSV loading and table-view code in the Objective-C Mac app, then look for existing tests covering row handling. Clarify where the count should appear; completion should provide a reliable row count for an opened CSV file.
