Choose display format for integer column: decimal or hex

I'd like Postico to have the ability to display integer columns as either decimal or hexadecimal.

As a first pass, how about this? Provide a global setting to choose between the two (decimal or hex) for integer columns.

Later, perhaps, have a per-column setting.
