Description
A customer requested that we add a way for Postico to connect to PostgreSQL servers via a SOCKS proxy.
It should be doable, we can probably do it in a way similar to SSH tunnels.
I'm not sure how big demand for this feature is. Does anybody else need this?

Research direction
Start by locating Postico’s existing SSH tunnel support and PostgreSQL connection setup. Clarify the required SOCKS proxy behavior and demand before choosing an implementation approach; done should mean a documented, reproducible connection to a PostgreSQL server through a SOCKS proxy.
