Description

While there is no easy way to alter columns after the table has been created (https://github.com/jakob/Postico/issues/370), it would be useful to at least be able to re-order columns while creating a new table.

Research direction

Start by tracing the new-table creation entry point and how the proposed column list becomes a table definition. Determine how column order is represented before creation; done means users can reorder columns while creating a table and the resulting table preserves that order.
