[bug] When delete few tables - no table list reloads

Hello.

Please fix a simple bug. When I select few tables and press Delete - it ask me to drop these tables. I select "Cascade" and tables deletes. But they still appear in the table list (centre area). Then I need manually press "refresh" button to update list of tables. Please trigger refresh table list when operation on delete tables completed.

Reproduce the multi-table delete flow described in the issue, including the Cascade confirmation, and observe the centre table list afterward. Trace the delete operation through the table-list refresh entry point; done means deleted tables disappear immediately without pressing the Refresh button.
