Description
I did a quick search and didn't see this - sorry if this is a duplicate.
For editing sql another must-have feature is multi line mode.
My fav sql client Universal SQL Editor (http://mingsoftware.com/universalsqleditor, windows only unfortunately) does this with a simple Shift+Alt and arrow key select. Sublime Text multi line selections work well too but are probably more powerful than is really necessary.
For some reason Navicat has been really unstable lately so I've moved to using postico for browsing my db, it is looking pretty good.

Research direction
No source file or test is named in the issue. Start by locating Postico’s SQL editor and keyboard-selection handling, then assess the requested Shift+Alt+arrow behavior against the existing editor; done means multiline selection works reliably for SQL editing.
