Description

It is not clear whether ratchet js and css are dependencies or things only for the demo page. I cannot reproduce the functionality of the demo page with my own structure, two root elements of the body app-header and app-mainContent). The result I get is that the app-header element does not scroll when you touch it but the whole page including the app-header element scrolls when you touch the app-mainContent element.

Research direction

Start with the demo page and its Ratchet JS/CSS references, then compare its structure with the reported body roots, app-header and app-mainContent. Determine whether those assets are required dependencies and whether the scrolling behavior can be reproduced; done means the dependency guidance and two-root behavior are clearly documented or corrected.
