Add support for Junie

Thank you for creating this theme! :pray:

JetBrains recently released [Junie](https://www.jetbrains.com/junie/) and its UI is not styled when using your theme (I even get a warning notification: `Current theme jake-theme may not be supported by Junie. If you encounter any issues, please change to a default theme and reopen the project.`).

As I understand it, you don’t really maintain the theme, as the latest commit is from five years ago, however, it would be a nice addition.

No files or tests are named. Start by checking Junie's theme support requirements and the repository's theme structure; the work is done when Junie is styled by the theme without the reported unsupported-theme warning.
