insert values and insert select

SQL and HQL have `insert ... values ...` and `insert .... select`.

It would be nice to add them to Jakarta Query.

If we did, we would have to add matching functionality to the JPA Criteria API, and perhaps to Jakarta Data.

So this is not for 1.0.

Start by reviewing the Jakarta Query scope for SQL and HQL `insert ... values` and `insert ... select` support. Then examine the mentioned JPA Criteria API and Jakarta Data implications; done would require an agreed design and matching functionality across the affected APIs.
