Improving "Introduction" content.

Hello Team,

this issue obviously has very low priority and may be I'm wrong, but I open it anyway, with the only desire to make "Jakarta EE Platform Specification" better. If I'm wrong - sorry for wasting your time...

So... If you read the first phrase of "Introduction":

"_Enterprises today need to **extend** their **reach**, **reduce** their **costs**, and lower the response times of their **services** to customers, employees, and suppliers_."

It seems, in my opinion, that here:
- "**extends reach**" and "**reduce costs**" of enterprises does **not** depend on "**services**",
- and that for enterprises, all that is related to **services**, is ONLY "lower the response times to customers, employees, and suppliers".

So it seems that "Jakarta EE" (that, theoretically, help to develop applications that provide those **services**) is only for "lower the response times to customers, employees, and suppliers" and not for "**extends reach**" and "**reduce costs**".

If you read the second phrase, however:
"_Typically, applications that provide these **services** must combine existing enterprise information systems (EISs) with new business functions that deliver services to a broad range of users._"
now we have "**services** to a broad range of users" so here we say about **services** that "**extend reach**".

And below in the "Introduction":
"_The Jakarta™ EE Platform reduces the cost and complexity of developing multitier, enterprise **services**._"
so here we have "**reduce the cost**".

I repeat, maybe I'm wrong, but what do you think about the following version of the first phrase:
"Enterprises today need the **services that extend their reach, reduce their costs, and lower the response times** to customers, employees, and suppliers."

Search the Jakarta EE Platform Specification sources for the quoted first sentence in the Introduction. Compare the proposed wording with the surrounding Introduction text, then update the sentence if it improves the meaning and verify that the specification documentation remains coherent.
