Description
**Describe the requested change**
In Jakarta EE 9, we decided to honor the great work and dedication that Bill Shannon provided to Java EE and now Jakarta EE with a single, blank "in memory" page at the beginning of the Platform Spec. We decided to leave this page in place for Jakarta EE 9.1 since it's a close cousin to Jakarta EE 9.
But, in Jakarta EE 10, we should consider an alternate means of remembering Bill. If we choose to remove the "in memory" page, then maybe we can add a short, one sentence blurb in the Acknowledgements section of Chapter 1. We can brainstorm on the best method here.
I just wanted to write this Issue as a reminder of something to consider for the next major release of Jakarta EE.

Research direction
Start by locating the blank “in memory” page in the Jakarta EE Platform specification and inspect the Acknowledgements section of Chapter 1. Clarify whether the page should be removed or replaced with a one-sentence acknowledgement, then update the specification once the memorial approach is decided.
