Update Platform Wiki to also include link to TCK results

IMO, it would be helpful to update the https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-platform/wiki/JakartaEE9 page to include a link to https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tck/wiki/Jakarta-EE-9-TCK-results.

Open the JakartaEE9 page in the jakartaee/platform wiki and compare it with the linked Jakarta EE 9 TCK results page in the jakartaee-tck wiki. Add a link to the TCK results, then verify that the link is visible and resolves correctly.
