Approach to Reactive Messaging?

Leaving the licensing question aside (what's created in https://github.com/eclipse/microprofile-reactive-messaging and elsewhere is predominantly Apache 2.0, but some Specs that could be a Jakarta EE candidate like MVC also use that license) are there plans for Reactive Messaging to become part of a future JMS version, too?
